• Minimum thickness to mail: 0.0087 in.
• Maximum thickness: 0.25 in.
• Minimum quantity to qualify for automated postal rates is 500 pieces.

Oversized postcards for mailing at First Class USPS rates are:

• 5.5  x  8.5 in.
• 6  x  9 in.
• 5.5  x  11 in.
• 8.5  x  11 in.

Custom sizes are also available.
